What is the difference between soft washing and pressure cleaning you may ask?

Soft Washing

Soft Washing is the use of low pressure and relying on chemical power and soap to clean surfaces and structures, it is primarily used on houses and more fragile surfaces such as windows and wood that high pressure could damage.

The use of chemical when soft washing ensures that the surfaces get the best possible and longest lasting cleaning, removing rust stains, dirt, algae, mould, mildew and more while lowering the risk of potential property damage that the use of high pressure could cause to a relatively fragile house.

Pressure cleaning

Pressure Cleaning is the use of high pressure water to provide a deep clean and it it primarily used to clean surfaces such as concrete and brick, it provides a great aesthetic and safety improvement to the surface by using the strength of the high pressure water to strip the contaminants off the surface and leave a fresh finish.

We follow up with chemical after pressure washing if there is still any staining or marks left behind that pressure alone will not remove, examples of these types of stains are rust and oil and grease.

Using chemical power ensures that the last spores of any algae are eliminated so as to prevent them from growing back for a lot longer than if left untreated.

House Washing

House washing is a soft washing process that is able to effectively clean the exterior of your home, we use the soft washing process to avoid property damage that pressure washing can easily cause to paint and other materials.

The use of chemical pulls up the contaminants like dirt and rust stains from the surface and eliminates any mould, mildew and algae growth for months.

Pressure Cleaning

Concrete cleaning is the staple work of pressure washing, we use a mixture of soft washing and high pressure to provide the most effective and longest lasting clean.

We do a traditional pressure cleaning initially to remove a majority of contaminants from the surface, Then we follow it up with chemical to remove any leftover contaminants and kill growth on the concrete such as and algae and mould.

Fence and Deck Cleaning

We clean all types of fencing and decking wether it be Plain, painted or stained wood, plastic or metal.

Wood goes grey is due to the lignin that makes up the timber being damaged by sun exposure, causing degradation of the bright colours that make timber appealing, we use chemical power to break down the damaged lignin and bring back the bright colours from before the breakdown.

With the high price of timber, it is worth giving your fence and/or deck a second chance before getting it a makeover.

The cleaning of wood allows for it to be stained, allowing it to preserve a bright and colourful appearance for years to come.
